The article analyzes aspects of the formation
of human spheroidal motor plasticity. Its main properties are
revealed: features of spheroidal movement, high and lowfrequency bodily vibrations. Emphasis is placed on human
energy information centers producing passivating and activating cyclicity expressed in the action of convex and concave
bodily arcs. The author’s concept is based on the biosphere and
noosphere model. Based on the knowledge available in science
about the wave essence, a technology is developed to improve
the process of physical iprovement of health groups of the older
generation by creating a developing environment in health centers. The methodological and scientific basis of the study was:
the main provisions of physical education and recreation work
with elderly people, work on human ontokinesiology, the basics
of a healthy lifestyle. The scientific novelty of the study lies in
the generalization, expansion and deepening of ideas about the
essence and significance of the developing environment of motor
and multi-sphere plasticity for the physical improvement and recovery of elderly people. At the same time, the development
of plasticity levels is associated with other age stages of human
development. The author establishes and proves that multilevel
plasticity of a person includes six level plasticity: (1) physical
(motor); (2) communicative (ether); (3) artistic psycho-emotional; (4) intellectual (mental); (5) social and activity (causal);
(6) cultural (spiritual).
At the same time, the components of the technology of organizing the developing environment correlate with the process
of increasing the level of plasticity and expanding the scope of
creative activities due to the multi-sphere plasticity of the physical and recreational activities of elderly people and rely on the
following pedagogical conditions: close relationship with physical (motor) plasticity, communicative and social-activity determination of age-related continuity in the development of plasticity of
bodily spheres in inter-age groups, reliance on energy-information exchange in multi-artistic activities during training in wave
plasticity, predominance of cultural plasticity in the restoration
of spheroidal movement activity in elderly groups. |
