STATE REGULATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA

The construction industry is one of the drivers of the development of Russia’s economic system, so its further progress determines the socio-economic development of the country. Political instability in the world and in the country and coronovirus restrictions cause a number of problems of the construction industry, which indicates the need to take measures of state influence. Digital transformation of all spheres of activity forces the enterprises of the construction industry to implement innovative solutions. The Digital Transformation project suggests achieving a certain level of digital maturity of companies in the construction industry, which will simplify business processes and increase the competitiveness of the industry. The author substantiates the expediency of using digital tools in the formation of the model of digital maturity of the construction industry enterprise in order to consider the features of the measures of state influence on the construction industry. State regulation of the construction industry determines the efficiency of its functioning. It is revealed that the development of digital technologies allows to carry out state regulation most effectively. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibility of using the key elements of digital transformation, providing a more efficient, transparent and manageable functioning of construction enterprises.
