The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing management in supply chains that model the interaction between a supplier or manufacturer of a product and a retailer organizing the retail sale of this product to end customers. It is shown that in economic practice contracts in the supply chain are often multi-parameter, i.e. depending on the type of contract, the parties need to make the optimal choice of various parameters. In addition, there are often two channels in the supply chain, in which the supply of goods to the end customer is organized not only through a retailer, but through a direct sales channel, for example, on the Internet. This leads to the problem of the variety of supply chain management problems that require different approaches. Based on the analysis of various types of supply contracts, a generalized model for optimizing a two-channel supply chain for all types of contracts is developed. As part of the study, the formalization of contractual relations in the supply chain is carried out in the form of mathematical models of contracts; contract management parameters or contract coordinating parameters are identified; a methodology is proposed for developing a generalized model of contractual relations in the supply chain based on the differentiation of non-integrated and integrated systems of supplier-retailer relations; generalized vectors of supply volumes, supplier prices, retailer prices, supplier and retailer unit costs are generated; generalized utility (profit) functions of the parties to the contract are presented. As a result, the range of existing game-theoretic models of non-cooperative games is expanded by forming an aggregated model of interactions between players such as suppliers and retailers within the framework of contracts in supply chains.
