Annotation:

In the context of a dynamically changing labor market and the introduction of new educational standards, the formation of supra-professional skills in future vocational training teachers is becoming increasingly important. The article is devoted to the study of innovative approaches: creative-prognostic and personal-narrative in the development of skills necessary for successful adaptation in professional activities and the effective implementation of educational programs of secondary vocational education. The paper analyzes modern trends in pedagogical education aimed at strengthening the practical orientation of training and developing the ability of future teachers of vocational training for self-study, critical thinking, creativity and communication. The need to integrate the development of supra -professional skills into the educational process of the university is substantiated, specific methods and technologies of creative management and prognostication are proposed that contribute to their formation in students: methods: project activities, case studies, trainings, role-playing games and other interactive forms of training. The role of a teacher as a facilitator and mentor, contributing to the development of supra-professional skills in students, is revealed. The importance of creating a favorable educational environment that stimulates independence, initiative and responsibility of future teachers is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of specialized courses and modules in the educational process aimed at developing emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team and effectively manage time. The importance of using digital technologies and online platforms to create an interactive educational environment that promotes active involvement of students in the learning process and the development of communication skills in the digital space is emphasized. In conclusion, the article formulates recommendations for improving the system of vocational teachers training, aimed at increasing competitiveness in the labor market and ensuring compliance with modern requirements for professional competences.
