The relevance of the article is determined by the need for a comprehensive analysis of the remaining contradictions and clarification of promising tasks for their elimination in the inclusive process in educational organizations. The authors identify the main contradiction between the need to solve the problems of inclusive education at all levels of management of the educational system and the insufficient development of a comprehensive competence-based approach and coordination of actions in this direction. The identified contradictions of a theoretical and practical nature require optimization of management processes for their elimination, which reflects the intention of the authors of the article. The article presents a new option for solving the contradictions identified in the management segment of the inclusive process of an educational organization (hereinafter EO). A model is proposed that supports the purposefulness and organization of the educational process through successive stages of the management cycle (analysis, forecasting, planning, organization and implementation of activities, control, analysis hereinafter “Chain”) with the terms of the formula: potential + process = result (hereinafter “Formula”). At each stage of the “Chain”, contradictions of a theoretical and practical nature are identified, compared with the components of the “Formula”, suggesting the necessary sequence of actions to eliminate them. The authors propose, within the framework of the developed construct, to distribute the identified contradictions by the stages of the management cycle and to combine the management cycle (“Chain”) with the “Formula” regarding the solution of problems within the framework of the presented contradictions in the field under study; with the definition of current prospects. The proposed management solutions in the inclusive process will enable the coordination of necessary changes in connection with the growth in educational institutions of the number of persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, and the prompt introduction of changes to the inclusive process. |
