The article is devoted to the problem of continuity in paracheer classes of initial training groups and training groups. This study is the first to look at continuity in paracheer training, analyzing the process of transition from initial training groups to training groups and the impact on training effectiveness. Particular attention in the study is paid to the continuity program that ensures the safety and development of technique, tactics and psychological readiness of athletes when moving from one training group to another. The study included 49 participants at the age of 9-10 years, divided into control and experimental groups. The study was conducted on the basis of a sports club during the sports season from September, 2023 to June, 2024. The control group was engaged in a standard program, and experimental in an improved continuity program. To assess the effectiveness, physical tests for flexibility, strength and endurance were used. Statistical analysis was carried out using T-criteria and correlation coefficient. The experimental group showed a significant improvement in physical training in all tests and its indicators were higher than those of the control group. A survey of participants from the experimental group also noted an increase in internal motivation and improvement of interaction in the team. The results indicate the importance of introducing the principles of continuity into the training process in the early stages of training paracheer athletes. An advanced program based on a phased increase in the complexity of exercises and an emphasis on the development of basic motor skills made it possible to ensure a smoother transition from initial training to training stage. This, in turn, contributed to a more effective development of complex elements and increase in general physical fitness.
