The article highlights the psychological and pedagogical advantages of forming a culture of safe work for construction industry workers in the system of additional education, which is an integral part of the general and professional culture. The construction industry is an integrated multi-level system, considered as a socio-cultural space. Safe work training for employees is aimed at preventing occupational injuries and diseases, reducing their consequences, and is a specialized process of acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities. In the context of the diversification of postgraduate education and the individualization of students’ cognitive needs, the requirements for the educational process in the system of additional education are significantly changing. The necessary competences that characterize the culture of construction safety are formed in the system of additional education. Gamification using artificial intelligence contributes to a more effective and interesting solution for students of pedagogical tasks of improving the safety culture of workers in the construction industry in additional education. In the game, information associated with emotions is better absorbed. From the point of view of the consequences of erroneous actions, the game environment is safe. Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasingly necessary part of many areas of modern life. The capabilities of AI are involved in increasing the effectiveness of pedagogical influence on improving the culture of safe work of employees in additional education. In particular, AI is used to create exciting and effective gaming systems aimed at improving the culture of safe work for employees. Practice confirms the additional advantages of using AI in the gamification of additional training. To identify the advantages of gamification using AI in the pedagogical impact on the process of improving the culture of safe work of construction industry workers in additional education, test questionnaires of students and teachers were used. |
