THE POSSIBILITIES OF PROJECT ACTIVITY AS A PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE FORMATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Annotation:

This article is devoted to the disclosure of the value-motivational aspects of implementing project activities in higher education institutions. The research is based on modern competence-based approach in the theory and practice of education. The research problem is formulated, which consists in the fact that the cognitive and activity components of project competences can be evaluated on traditional scales, while the motivational and value aspects are not actually evaluated, but need to be studied in relation to each individual project. The hypothesis is put forward and verified that the motivational and value components should be attributed to educational activities, and they are related to the substantive part of the projects. The subject of the research is social project activity in higher education institutions, its substantive value–motivational aspects, from the point of view of human capital formation. The object of research is pedagogical conditions and technologies of project activity. Research methods used are questionnaires, statistical analysis, and experiment during the implementation of grant project activities. In the course of the research, independent theoretical and applied results were obtained. A new approach has been identified in the study of value-motivational aspects of project competences. Based on the survey, during the implementation of the social project, monitoring and diagnostics of the perception of spiritual and moral values among students were carried out. In general, projects in higher education institutions should be based on adequate modern technologies, primarily digital, proven technologies of project activity, on subject-subject and subjectobject relations between students and teachers-mentors in the transfer of knowledge, skills and competences, in the formation of the spiritual and moral foundations of future specialists.
