The article shows the possibility of using the apparatus of economic and mathematical modeling of stimulating the innovation activity of university teachers when drawing up an effective contract. Recently, these issues have received increased attention due to the need to implement the roadmap of the RF Government resolution on the realization of the need to increase technological sovereignty of the country. It is noted that this is possible by increasing the innovation activity of university teachers and transferring their knowledge, scientific achievements and results of innovative activities in the system of higher education. An improved system of labour incentives that takes into account contributions to the development of innovation can help to motivate universities to develop their innovative and scientific components. The relevance of the research topic is justified by the need to find effective tools to increase the level of innovation activity of university teachers. The author’s vision of the possibility of forming a system of incentives for university teachers in the context of their age groups is described. One of the existing variants of professional activity classification of teachers with the use of effective contract mechanism is shown. The research methods are based on game theory, coalition games and some possible situations characterizing the relationship between university administration and teachers motivated to intensify innovation and research activities are considered. The results of the study are presented in the form of a methodology for increasing the level of innovation activity of university teachers and a conceptual model of a decision support system based on neural network modeling methods. Scientific novelty is shown by the proposed methodology for increasing the level of innovation activity of university teachers, which, in contrast to existing approaches, allows taking into account the age limit of teachers and making timely adjustments to the indicators of their effective contract. |
