The modern construction industry is actively implementing information modeling (BIM) technologies, which contributes to improving the accuracy of design, improving the interaction of participants and reducing costs at all stages of the life cycle of facilities. However, the BIM implementation process is accompanied by a number of challenges, such as the need for significant initial investments, a lack of qualified specialists, employee resistance to new technologies, software incompatibility, and the difficulty of integrating into existing business processes. These problems slow down the digital transformation of design and survey organizations, making it urgent to find solutions to overcome them. The aim of the work is to develop a systematic approach to identifying and resolving contradictions that arise when implementing BIM in the activities of design and survey organizations using TRIZ tools. The object of research is the participants of the construction process, namely design and survey organizations. The subject of the study is the possibility of resolving contradictions related to the implementation of BIM. The research methodology uses a system operator, the laws of development of technical systems, and standard techniques for resolving contradictions, which made it possible to structure problems and propose specific solutions. Special attention is paid to the key contradictions: between the simplicity and functionality of BIM systems, innovation and tradition of business processes, as well as efficiency in the early stages of design and the complexity of making changes at later stages. To solve them, approaches based on the techniques of phase transition, synchronization, intermediary, asymmetry and pre-action are proposed. It has been established that the key factor for the successful implementation of BIM is the training of employees aimed at improving their skills and adapting to new technologies. The application of the proposed approaches helps to increase the efficiency of business processes and the adaptation of organizations to the modern requirements of the digital economy. |
