In today’s realities characterized by increased
competition, commercial organizations are forced to pay pri-
mary attention to the development of their key asset — per-
sonnel. In this regard, improving the qualifications and pro-
fessional skills of employees becomes critically important. In
modern conditions, professional training aimed at developing and improving skills that are critical for successful operation in
a particular company is becoming increasingly important. This
is due to the fact that the development of human capital is a key
factor in maintaining the competitiveness of an organization.
The process of professional training is aimed at solving new
and more complex problems, which is associated with the use
of an innovative approach in the organization of labor activity,
mastering additional competences.
The main goal of professional training of personnel is to
improve the production activities of employees. This article pro-
vides a theoretical study of the impact of professional training of
personnel on the development of human capital in an organiza-
tion. In addition, a specific example of the analysis of professional
training based on a commercial organization is demonstrated. The
article presents the results of a survey of employees on the priority
of training activities in the personnel management system of the
organization under study, which showed that employees consider
professional development not just as a necessity for newcomers,
but as a key factor stimulating their professional, personal and
career progress. It also presents the results of an employees’ sur-
vey on the impact of professional training on the development of
human capital of the organization under study, which show that a
significant majority of the company’s employees believe that pro-
fessional training affects the development of human capital. Taking
into account the identified problems in the process of organizing
professional training of employees in the analyzed organization,
recommendations aimed at solving them are presented. |
