| Annotation: | The article deals with the problems of the regional labour market more specifically the labour market of Penza Region. There are some recommendations on the improvement of employment management at the regional level. The paper is devoted to the necessity of development and realization of the mechanism regulating the dynamic balance of supply and demand of work force in the labour market. |
