With the effective use of potential for recreational region health resort business can become an engine of socioeconomic development, contributing to the economic, social and spiritual revival and development of Russian regions and the country as a whole. Currently, there is an urgent need to create methods and tools for effective management of economies in the resort region, allowing to define strategic directions for development and to give impetus to the development not only of a single resort region, which is the region of the Caucasian Mineral Waters, but the resort sector of the economy throughout the country.
