The market of educational services is divided into segments (parts), each of which has its own characteristics. One of these segments is the rehabilitation and medical one. Its socio-economic significance is quite high, because one of the priorities, which the democratic state aims to solve is the creation of equal conditions and opportunities for participation in society life for all its members. Creating conditions for full training of people with disabilities on programs of the higher and secondary vocational education is one of the areas of social rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
