Indistinct-plural model of rating the technical component of the enterprise innovative potential

The article deals with the problem of rating enterprise technical possibilities for the introduction of both basic and improving innovations. The model of rating the technical component of the enterprise innovative potential including an uncertainty factor is built on the basis of an indistinctplural theory. The built model includes four groups of indexes: indicators of capacity of production equipment; quality indicators of using raw materials and other production components; indicators of rationality of using raw materials and other production components; indicators of modernization and reconstruction of the equipment. The model has distinct advantages in comparison with the expert and statistical methods of estimation, giving the opportunity to minimize fault of obtained estimations.
