Organization and economic factors of business development in the leasing sector of national economy

The article describes modern condition of the leasing sector of the Russian economy and its future perspectives in the contemporary market situation. Main factors of building business relations in the leasing sector are studied, analyzed and classified. The most important factors are found to be the lack of investments, sector specialization, uncertainty in state policy for leasing. Main problems and threats for leasing are highlighted for crisis period of world economy. The given article may be used for developing new directions and methods directed to reestablishing investments to the sector. The author presents mechanisms of business development in the leasing sector of the national economy.
