Creation of conditions for development of business sphere in the system agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kalmykia

The article is devoted to the formation of conditions for business development in a countryside. Kalmykia is an agrarian republic. Major tasks in assistance to business development are the formation of favorable conditions for business development activities of the population, appreciable participation of the businessmen in economic and social development, market saturation by goods and services, creation of new workplaces, reforming the tax system and the further perfection of legal base. The major priority for strengthening the role of business in agro-industrial complex of the region is the definition of directions in the development of the given sector of economy in agricultural manufacture and recycling of agricultural production, agro-industrial complex, small enterprises, agricultural manufacturers, business activity, work places.
