This article examines the understanding of various types of potentials, in particular, the authors clarify their vision of the concept of the strategic potential of business organizations. It is revealed that the concept of the strategic potential refers to the number of potentials not clearly identified in the management theory both at the level of individual industries, and especially at the enterprise level. The strategic potential is considered as a set of available resources of business organizations that can be realized with the help of existing skills to develop and make management decisions that give the opportunity to develop the economic system and to achieve strategic objectives in certain circumstances. |
