The interaction between the supply and the demand of labour force

The article is devoted to the optimal behaviour of the distribution of scarce time resources between work and leisure. The productivity of leisure time should be increased because of the growth of labour productivity and the efficiency of work time. The rest of time consists of two types of time. The first type is the time of work ability restoring, the second type is the time used to prepare purchased goods to be consumed. The achievement of the high level of productivity of leisure time and the increase of labour supply depend on income of a person and access to the special technical decisions. The author analyses domestic and forein literature on this problem.
