STRATEGY OF PARLIAMENT POLITICAL PARTIES OF RUSSIA IN THE AREA OF THE YOUTH EDUCATION IN THE PERIOD OF 2000-2008

In accordance with the reform of education performed in the Russian Federation, in conditions of the state authorities set objective of establishing of innovation economics and connected with it modernization of educational system, the activity of parliament parties, their participation in performed revisions obtain significant value. The integral component of strategic battle of parties at political scene is issues of the young generation education. The article provides analysis of major ideological concepts of parliament parties in the area of education. The forms and methods of implementation of programmatic provisions related to education used by the parties and their youth organizations are provided in the article.
