THE ANALYSIS OF RUSSIAN POPULATION LIFE QUALITY: THE REGIONAL CUT

To achieve improvement of the population life quality in the regions is possible only under condition of combination macro- and meso-levels while resolving the problems of improvement of the population life quality that will allow defining perspective directions of the further national growth of the population well-being and the contribution of each region to achievement of set goal. Search for the ways of consolidation of efforts of public authorities, local government, public institutes and “unorganized mass” – the population, – aimed at the development of planned measures, distribution of powers and responsibility between macro- and meso-levels of management for implementation of the planned actions will be the most important issue at the solution of the problem of improvement of the life quality in the regions.
