| Annotation: | An economic and mathematical model of regulating harmful industrial emissions of competitive production sector had been provided in the article. Comparison of such tools of the state regulating of emissions as taxation of industrial enterprises performing emissions of pollutants and emissions quotas has been performed. The analysis performed demonstrates that in case of only one market failure, negative externals, created by harmful industrial emissions, then single regulating tool (selling of permits for harmful emissions or taxation of industrial enterprises allowing pollutants emissions to the environment) is sufficient for the market efficiency recovery. |
