JUSTIFICATION OF NECESSITY OF RE-STRUCTURING OF RELATIONS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS OF INVESTMENT PROCESS IN CONSTRUCTION

The processes occurring in the relations between participants of investment sphere of the country have been reviewed. A number of unresolved issues arisen between the state, the self-adjustable organizations, and the participants of construction business, preventing development of partner relations have been revealed. The concept of re-structuring of economic systems has been proposed for transformation of the system of relations between participants of investment process. For this purpose it has been recommended to perceive participants of each separate investment project as a group of organizations with the certain structure of management, the re-structuring of which relations can be carried out by means of practically proved approaches and methods. Recommendations for development of mutually advantageous cooperation between participants of investment process in construction have been provided.
