INDICES OF EVALUATION OF THE QUALITY OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF MINOR STOCKHOLDERS

The article is devoted to the development of quality indicators system of corporate management from the point of view of minor stockholders. Regard of rights of minor stockholders is one of the key points of corporate management and an indicator of its maturity. The concept of “the corporate management quality” has been revealed in the article; principles of corporate management proposed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) have been provided; the current quality rating system of corporate management has been provided; the system of indicators for evaluation of quality of corporate management that can be used in development of appropriate procedure has been proposed.
