| Annotation: | The present article is devoted to the issue of competition of categories of the land plots of residential areas and especially protected natural territories. The issues connected with the necessity of improvement of the modern land legislation regarding establishment of accurate and unequivocal criteria of referencing the land areas to certain categories are considered. The amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation concerning the legal regulation of imposing of the categories of land plots of the residential areas and the specially protected natural territories. |
