PROBLEMS OF THE SPECIFIC CLASSIFICATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT

The article has analyzed the juridical literature and regulatory-legislative enactments devoted to the problem of distinguishing of the forms of legal entities of the public right. The issues of existence of various forms of public legal entities have been resolved, their place in the system of legal entities has been revealed. The author’s view on the system of legal entities of public right has been formulated. The impossibility of the reference of some currently existing organizations to legal entities of public right has been proven. Depending on the interests that establish the legal entity, it is proposed to distinguish two forms of legal entities: private legal entities and public legal entities.
