The article has analyzed twelve most typical errors of the post-graduate students made by them while writing the dissertation. Taking into account the long-term experience of activities in the dissertational committees, the authors have proposed a number of methodical recommendations allowing avoiding such errors. The following errors have been specified: wrong choice of a theme of dissertational research; not conformity of a theme to the chosen scientific specialty, etc. The separate attention has been paid to the method of correct formulation of provisions, which are brought out for defending; three typical errors of competitors have been analyzed: formulation of such provisions are extraordinary long; the provisions brought out for defending are often either too many or too few; it is not good to mix main provisions and conclusions brought out for defending; and proposals for legislation improvement. |
