Registration of the property right to the country land Plots: general and simplified PROCEDURE

The property right to the garden and country land plots can be executed in compliance with the general procedure, as well as the simplified one. The factors affecting application of this or that procedure of registration are time of emergence of legal claims to the land plot, existence of the legal documents establishing the limited real rights concerning the country-side real estate and the willingness of the citizen. The current article has paid attention to the legal issues of registration of the rights to the land plot by citizens. The aspects of application of the general procedure have been reviewed and the special features of the simplified procedure have been specified. The court practice in this area has been analyzed. The author has defined the categories of citizens, which can use the simplified procedure of registration of the property right to the land plots.
