Annotation:

The article reveals the experience of interaction between the municipal budget educational institution “The secondary comprehensive school № 19 specializing in learning of some subjects” of Stary Oskol, Belgorod region and the Federal State educational institution of higher professional education “Moscow State University named after K.G. Razumovskiy” in the civil-patriotic education performed on the basis of cultural-historical aspect of the Cossacks.The author has presented the content of the cultural and historical component of the Cossacks at the secondary school with the cadet classes. The forms of activity for spiritual and moral education of the contemporary schoolchildren based on national pedagogics are proposed. The fields of cooperation of school and higher educational institution in the arrangement of the upbringing are revealed. The criteria of efficiency of the civil-patriotic education are reviewed.
