| Annotation: | Formation of the system of indicators of monitoring of innovative projects is specified as one of the ways of increasing the information transparency in the investment sphere. The criteria for effective management have decisive impact on the quality of the innovative decisions; their choice determines the possibility of formation of the system of the enterprises incentives. The approach to formation of criteria of the effective management of the enterprise has been presented in the article; the basic criteria of management have been systematized, and the demand for multi-criteria evaluation of the innovation-investment area has been justified. |
