Cluster Approach to THE Regional EconomICS Development

The innovation component of the regional economics development, the characteristic of the modern trends of development have been examined in the article; the priority directions of formation of the regional clusters have been determined. The idea of establishing the innovation clusters as the condition of enhancement of the national economics competitiveness has received additional justification, which currently takes one of the key places in the strategies of the social-economic development of many entities of the RF. International experience of application of cluster approach and implementation of cluster policy demonstrates its applicability in the conditions of Russia at the certain adaptation of its significant part.
