| Annotation: | The securities market serves as the component of the financial system of the state characterized by industrial and organizational-functional specificity. In the majority of the countries the banks play the most important key role at the securities market. The increase of efficiency of activity of commercial banks at the securities market forms the important aspect of successful functioning of the bank in the present and the future. The author has examined the commercial banks and their activity at the securities market as emitters. The essence, the content and the purposes of activity of commercial banks have been formulated. |
