Methodical aspects of formation of multidimentional system of balanced indices

This article reflects the results of the author’s scientific researches in the field of formation of the company management systems in various branches including development of the systems of activity indicators making the adequate information basis for making management decisions. The brief description of the system of the balanced scorecard is given in the article, its weaknesses from strategic orientation point of view and practical implementation are presented. The basic principles and methodical approach to formation of multidimensional system of the balanced indicators reflecting interests of strategic stakeholders of the company are presented. Adequacy of the proposed methodical approach is confirmed with successful experience of introduction of the system in the number of companies in the area of industrial production and rendering of services.
