| Annotation: | The article has examined the methods and methodical tools for performance of examination of the current condition of the regional business environment in order to evaluate its state, the level of favorable circumstances and economic safety for business. The review of the results of the regional research of such area has been provided. The qualitative method of examination of the regional risk factors in terms of the characteristics, the algorithm of its performance, the content of the questionnaires and the programs for their processing have been investigated in details. The dominating methods of business capture and protection in terms of danger, frequency and the use effectiveness have been determined. |
