| Annotation: | The article has examined the reasons of heterogeneity of municipal entities as per the level of their social-economic development. The process of management of municipal entities shall provide for the achievement of the goals of regional development on the basis of using the existing resources of the regional natural-economical and social-economic system. The number of issues leading to the ineffective implementation of some functions of management of the regional social-economic development has been generalized. The author has made the conclusion regarding the important role of municipal entities as the objects of management in the structure of management of social-economic development of the region. |
