| Annotation: | There exists the large variety of methods of evaluation of the company assets management economic efficiency: horizontal and vertical; method of calculation of various coefficients; change of the assets payback; assets capacity and profitability and etc. Such methods are valid and applicable within the frame of the company for the complete and complex evaluation of the company property management (use) efficiency, due to which the article has proposed the detailed description of such methods. The indices of the assets payback and profitability are the most general, capacious, reflecting the economic efficiency of the company property management, therefore the article has provided for the calculations and analysis of such general indices as well. |
