The description of development of the system of grades for the engineering company JSC E4-SIBKOTES has been presented in the article. The brief characteristic of the company and personnel structure has been provided. The sequence of stages of the grades system development has been specified. The following practical developments have been presented: the list of compensated factors for specific company (their description and weight distribution has been provided); point-factorial matrix and the ranged list of positions. Besides, the positions have been grouped in grades and for each grade the tariff “forks” have been determined, which are adhered to the specific price indicators established at the labor market. |
