CONCEPT OF THE SELF-DEVELOPING LOCAL ORGANIZATION AND THE NEW THEORY OF MANAGEMENT

The justification of the self-developing local company is provided in the article. Its peculiarities from the point of view of traditional and non-classical approaches in the economics are reviewed. The issue of the theory of self-developing and self-organizing companies within the frame of the modern version «Management 2.0» is examined. It is specified that a sign of self-development of the organization and its main mechanism is the management of human behavior.
