Annotation:

The justification of the self-developing local company is provided in the article. Its peculiarities from the point of view of traditional and non-classical approaches in the economics are reviewed. The issue of the theory of self-developing and self-organizing companies within the frame of the modern version «Management 2.0» is examined. It is specified that a sign of self-development of the organization and its main mechanism is the management of human behavior. The work has been performed with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (contract № 13.G25.31.0093) within the limits of implementation of the order of the Russian Federation Government No. 218 “On the measures of the state support of development of cooperation of the Russian higher educational institutions and the organizations implementing the complex projects for establishing the hi-tech manufacture”.
