| Annotation: | The article has presented the analysis of the regional programs of providing dwelling for young families. The regulatory support, positive aspects of the program implementation and arising issues of management has been examined. The model of arrangement of the regional programs for the young families’ residential conditions improvement has been proposed that allows resolving the existing issues in the process of their implementation. The model includes the research of market of the residential real estates for young families both isolated, which allows reducing the price per 1sq.m. for the young families, as well as in connection with the other segments of the residential real estates market while keeping the same level the state expenditures. |
