The article has presented a conceptual scheme of the internal economic control of the costs management; the main components of the system have been examined. Particular attention has been paid to the elements of the management cycle, their interrelation and interdependence has been demonstrated, as well as the integration with the control function. It has been concluded that the introduction and effective functioning of the internal economic control of the costs management within the system of the company management is one of the main conditions for the consumer cooperatives successful activity.
