| Annotation: | Effective arrangement of salary at any company is the most important condition of providing for its economic competitiveness. The authors have tried to disclose the influence of individual factors on the process of formation of the payroll in sales companies and to reveal the main trends of its optimization. The proposed authors’ method of the salary cost management in the sales companies by means of efficiency factor, as well as the determination of dependence of the number of management-administration personnel from the number of factors provide for analyzing and planning the indices affecting successful operation of the company. |
