In the rapidly changing market conditions the problem of the risk management system development and implementation is extremely urgent. The comparative analysis of the risk management system implementation at the power machine-building enterprises in different countries has been conducted in the present article; the main trends, the differences between the risk management models and their reasons have been identified. The significant lag of the Russian manufacturer models from the foreign analogues has been found out; the reasons of such lag have been identified; the recommendations for the risk management system further development at the domestic enterprises have been provided. |
