Management of THE systems development using the forecasting method

The great attention is given to the management of systems development at the present stage. The system is the integrity including interconnected and interdependent elements. Small business is the open system. When managing the systems for the effective decisions making it is necessary to use such function of management as forecasting. On the basis of forecasting with the use of various methods the interrelation between the quantity of small businesses, revenues of the population and investments into a fixed capital of small businesses has been revealed. Calculation of possible consequences of implementation of various alternatives for the most rational decision making has been presented.
