| Annotation: | The author has examined the issues of formation of a new model of the national economics development that is supported by the absolutely new strategic resources and is aimed at the resolution of the current resources restrictions. The necessity of accounting the influence of the resources restrictions on the direction of the country development, which are specifically incorporated into all components of the national economics, from conceptual bases to the methods of their practical implementation, has been proven. The measures of impact on the resources restrictions (from the natural, human, material-technical resources) have been proposed, which allow resolving the issues of implementation of the strategy of Russia innovation development. |
