ON THE FORMATION OF COMPETITIVE SPECIALIST IN ECONOMICS IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The authors noted that the measures aimed at overcoming crisis of the knowledge paradigm resulted in necessity of change of management nature and renewal of the content of higher vocational education on practice-oriented basis. The authors underlined that formation of professional competence of future economists requires establishing of educational environment of practice-oriented nature in the higher school, in other words, the practice-oriented environment that will provide for interaction and mutual effect of all subjects and objects of professional training both at higher school and in production company, which is possible only on condition of higher school functioning as the educations-scientific-production complex.
