VECTORS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF REPRODUCTION AND PRESERVATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL STAFF FOR HIGHER SCHOOL IN THE MODERN RUSSIAN CONDITIONS

The article examines the main problems of development of system of reproduction and preservation of scientific and pedagogical staff for higher school connected with the outflow of young staff and highly qualified specialists, feminization of the system of the higher education and science, falling of prestige of professional activity of the scientist and teacher of the higher educational institution, low level of compensation are examined. The author of the article reveals the main vectors of development of existing system of reproduction and preservation of scientific and pedagogical staff for higher school based on the processes connected with implementation of activity on preservation of the best traditions of the Russian higher school, to creation of the innovative environment in higher education institutions, to rendering financial support to higher education institutions by the state.
