ASSESSMENT OF THE PROCESS STRUCTURING IMPACT ON THE COMPANY PERSONNEL MOTIVATION

Annotation:

The article presents results of research of motivation within the implementation of the project of business processes modeling and organizational structuring at the fish-processing company. The goal of the research was revealing of the process structuring impact on the personnel motivation. The article presents the author’s methodology of horizontal structuring, including both ‘hard’ systematic elements of structure changes and ‘soft’ psychological impact on personnel in the process of implementation. The author used indicators of employees’ satisfaction index and the index of motivation potential for assessment of changes in employees’ motivation. Research result has proved the increase of labor satisfaction and motivation potential after performance of the company structuring by business processes.
