IMPROVEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT DECISION-MAKING SYSTEM EFFICIENCY THROUGH THE USE OF NEURAL NETWORKS

The article examines the process of management decision making and the possibility of its automation. Possibilities of use of ERP-systems have been analyzed, complexity of their introduction and full scale use has been identified. The way of decision-making automation without the need of introduction of expensive and cumbersome software products, without changing the current business processes of the company — by means of creating the software modules developed using the neural networks. Principles of neural networks development have been discussed on the example of multi-layer neural network of direct signal distribution, as well as the advantages of such systems use.
