| Annotation: | The article justifies creation of the hotel cluster in Rostov region by assessing the current economic condition of the regional economic system and analysis of factors contributing and restraining the process. Priorities of administrative support and sequence of decisions-making by the state authorities in the regulatory-legal area, attraction of foreign and domestic investments, as well as training high-quality personnel for the hotel cluster are examined as a separate issue. Evaluation of condition of infrastructure and superstructure of tourist industry of the region and trends of their development is paid a special attention. |
