ISSUE OF FORECASTING AND THE WAYS OF OVERCOMING THE BANKRUPTCY OF ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

The main problems of forecasting, overcoming and preventing of bankruptcy of the Ukrainian enterprises were investigated in the article. The basic factors of emergence of crisis situations at enterprises in the modern terms of economics were defined. The world's rating of doing and closing business was investigated and the place of Ukraine in comparison with neighboring countries was defined. The statistical review of the level of bankruptcy and liquidation of Ukrainian enterprises for the last decade was carried out. The ways of overcoming the bankruptcy and directions for prevention of emergence and increase of crisis processes in the enterprise activity were proposed. The necessity of forecasting of probability of bankruptcy as the basic component of crisis financial management was identified. The algorithm of forecasting of probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise and system of warning, overcoming and preventing of bankruptcy of the enterprise were proposed.
